Job summary

Alter Domus Luxembourg seeks an Operations & Oversight Officer to join a dynamic and international team. You will deliver Alter Domus' suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients, focusing on operational and transactional processes, oversight of delegated functions, and strong client relationships.

You hold a Bachelor or Master in Economics or Finance, are fluent in English (French or another language is a plus), have strong Microsoft Office skills, and can work well in a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Equivalent.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or another language is a plus.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to work in a small team.
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented and goal-driven.
• Good knowledge of financial markets and funds industry.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate problem solving, analytical and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the operational and transactional processes, the oversight of delegated functions and client relationship.
• Assisting the client in daily requests and representing the values of the Management Company in communications.
• Performing monitoring procedures of the department for fund activities.
• Supporting the Onboarding, Valuation, Portfolio and Risk Management departments.
• Preparation of the operating memorandum with clients and service providers.
• Completing department processes to ensure smooth operation of funds on a daily/monthly basis.
• Involvement in fund activities from launch to liquidation.
• Preparation and supervision of the annual audit of funds under supervision.
• Computation and reconciliation of financial figures in billing activities.

Join our MANAGEMENT COMPANY dynamic and international team in Luxembourg as a OPERATIONS & OVERSIGHT OFFICER.As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involvement in the operational and transactional processes, the oversight of delegated functions and client relationship;
• Assisting the client in his daily requests and representing the values of the Management Company in each communication with him;
• Performing the monitoring procedures of the department for fund activities;
• Supporting the Onboarding, Valuation, Portfolio and Risk Management departments within the Management Company;

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Equivalent;

You are fluent in English (Knowledge of French or any other language wil be considered as an asset);

You have a good command of Microsoft Office.

You are team player and able to communicate well in a small team

Your are independent, pro-active, detail-oriented and goal-driven

You have a good knowledge of financial markets and funds industry

You are able to meet tight deadlines

You demonstrate problem solving, analytical and prioritisation skills.

You have a good working knowledge of SAP, DocuSign, Mass Mailing and Master Data.
