Artefact Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead data and AI transformation projects for top-tier clients across industries. You will translate business challenges into scalable data and AI solutions and drive end-to-end engagements from strategy to implementation.

You will manage cross-functional teams of consultants, data analysts, and engineers, coach junior staff, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to shape strategy, governance, and operating models.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with a focus on data, AI, or digital transformation.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to link data and AI solutions to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in managing teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering collaboration across disciplines.
• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities through client interactions.
• Passion for data and AI, with a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
• Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office.
