Job summary

UCB is seeking a Digital Technology Lead AI Solutions for the HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium. You will guide AI initiatives from ideation to production, shaping architectural choices and collaborating with AI engineers, data experts and business stakeholders.

You will translate ambiguous business needs into concrete AI concepts, lead multiple initiatives in parallel, and ensure projects align with enterprise standards for security, privacy and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering or related field.
• 4+ years designing or delivering AI solutions in industry or consulting.
• Hands-on with Python and AI tech including language models and vector/graph databases.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Define vision and high-level architectures for AI initiatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through exploration to production readiness.
• Present technology options and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and responsible AI practices.
