Robert Half Technology is recruiting an AI & Business Solutions Expert (m/f/x) for one of its clients based in Luxembourg, to contribute to the development, industrialization and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions across the organization.

You will guide AI initiatives through use‑case development to deployment, collaborating with data, IT and business teams to turn PoCs into scalable enterprise solutions while documenting architectures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in the development or deployment of AI / ML solutions.
• Good understanding of production environments, scalability and industrialization challenges.
• Ability to assess and adopt emerging AI technologies and trends.
• Experience supporting, training or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English.
• Knowledge of French is considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Supporting business teams in the adoption of AI solutions.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions around AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Turning PoCs and MVPs into robust, scalable and enterprise-ready solutions.
• Contributing to the design and development of data pipelines.
• Providing hands‑on technical expertise to teams working on AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Managing and prioritizing a backlog of AI use cases.
• Contributing to the industrialization, scalability and optimization of AI solutions.
• Supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement of AI models and applications in production.
• Collaborating closely with Data, IT and business teams to integrate new solutions into the existing environment.
• Documenting architectures, solutions and best practices.
