NN Insurance Belgium is seeking a Pricing Actuary to collaborate with Product Managers and Experts on life insurance product development and management, including profitability monitoring and AI-enhanced dynamic pricing. The role covers pension and protection products within EB/SE and 2nd Pillar contexts, across banks and brokers, with a focus on governance and strategic insights.

You will deploy innovative solutions, validate best estimate assumptions, and drive improvements in profitability

Qualifications

• Master in Actuarial Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of experience in relevant actuarial field.
• Experience in EB/SE/2nd Pillar segment.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for a full range of pension and protection products.
• Develop and implement pricing and governance for EB/SE products.
• Lead initiatives in product deployment and strategy.
• Utilize cashflow projection tools and automation projects.
• Review mortality, lapses, and cost assumptions for profitability.
