Job summary

NN Insurance Services Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Senior/Managing Expert Pricing & Actuary Non-Life to lead end-to-end pricing, shape profitability, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance and IT. Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant experience in non-life insurance pricing.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring professionals; able to mix accountability with hands-on analysis.
• Strategic thinker who communicates clearly and explains complex topics to varied stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end pricing of non-life insurance products for retail customers and SMEs; pricing cases, proposals, profitability analyses.
• Develop, refine, and implement advanced pricing models and translate results into competitive pricing strategies.
• Analyze portfolio performance through segmentation, dynamic pricing, churn, and customer lifetime value analyses.
• Support management with data-driven decisions and contribute to growth and market positioning discussions.
• Lead the team by setting priorities, ensuring deliverable quality, coaching colleagues, and driving innovation with ML/AI.
