EY is seeking experienced actuaries in Belgium to help life insurance clients with product development, pricing and valuation. You will work on IFRS17 improvements and reporting to investors, while building internal models to compute the SCR and supporting due diligences.

The role requires senior-level expertise, strong communication in Dutch and/or French and business English, and a global mindset to work with international teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in actuarial sciences required.
• 6–10 years of life actuarial experience in insurer or consultancy.
• Knowledge in at least two areas: life product development/pricing, reserving, risk management, Solvency II or IFRS17.
• Internal model experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design life insurance products and pricing strategies.
• Value life insurance liabilities using actuarial tools like Prophet or Python.
• Support IFRS17 processes and reporting for stakeholders.
• Develop internal models to compute the SCR.
• Assist Transactions team on actuarial aspects during due diligences.
