Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a professional to support the evolution of our internal AI platform in a hybrid Brussels-based role. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and validate AI-driven solutions to enhance digital workflows.

The role requires 3+ years in functional analysis and hands-on experience with LLM harnesses, agent workflows, and cloud tooling. You will onboard teams through workshops and hands-on sessions, measure user feedback, and propose enhancements

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in functional analysis, requirements engineering, and process modeling.
Knowledge of LLM harnesses, agent workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Solid understanding of CI/CD and cloud tools such as Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform.
Experience designing test scenarios and evaluating model behavior.
Proven ability to onboard teams and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate AI platform functionality using LLM harnesses and agent workflows.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Onboard teams to new AI capabilities through workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions.
Measure and collect user feedback to drive continuous improvement of the platform.
Assess internal and external AI capabilities to provide recommendations for future enhancements.
Maintain clear documentation ensuring traceability from business requirements to technical implementation.
