Alan is hiring Product engineers to join the Ops AI Platform team, shaping architecture, product and the foundation of a scalable AI-driven operations platform. You’ll combine software engineering with ML capabilities to empower internal Ops users and automate tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, system design influence, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-potential environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with full-stack development and system architecture.
• Experience with ML/LLMs is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Work at the frontier of AI-powered Ops products and platform engineering.
• Implement new capabilities for AI agents and tooling for ops autonomy.
• Scale systems from dozens to tens of thousands of tasks daily.
• Influence system architecture and code quality, mentor engineers.
