Alan is hiring a Software Engineer to help build the AI-native internal platform used by every Alaner daily. You will design and ship intelligent agents that automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, and decision support.
You'll push LLMs into production, define primitives for AI-native work, and replace legacy tools with Alan-native software across 25+ systems. Collaboration with product, design, security and leadership is essential.
Qualifications
- Software engineer with backend or full-stack experience.
- Passion for AI and exploring LLMs and retrieval systems.
- Experience in fast-moving environments with new abstractions.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Java, C# and modern web tech.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Curious, self-starting, collaborative and eager to grow.
