argenx is expanding its international Data & AI capabilities and seeks a Platform Lead - AI Platform who will define the strategic direction for enterprise AI and MLOps. You will manage a multi-year roadmap, align with data science teams, and drive responsible, scalable AI delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with enterprise AI platform / MLOps experience in a regulated industry.
• 12+ years in AI technology leadership and strategy.
• Experience deploying Gen AI, LLMs and enterprise AI tools.
• Experience shaping long-term AI technology strategy and managing large budgets.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the strategic direction for the enterprise AI platform and MLOps frameworks.
• Develop and own a multi-year platform roadmap for AI and ML lifecycles.
• Drive standardized MLOps practices to accelerate model development and governance.
• Partner with data science and business units to deliver tangible AI-enabled value.
• Oversee lifecycle management for AI tools and platform portfolios, including investments and retirements.
• Ensure security, compliance, and ethical AI principles across the platform.
