Harmoney in Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment across engineering, commercial, and business teams. You will build pipelines, headhunt talent, and partner closely with hiring managers to scale an AI-enabled hiring engine for our next growth phase.

You’ll thrive by proactively sourcing, challenging managers, and managing multiple simultaneous searches across European markets. A hybrid work setup from Ghent is available.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting both technical and commercial profiles.
• Comfortable managing 10+ searches simultaneously.
• Proactive sourcing and talent market knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Own recruitment end-to-end from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively headhunt across European markets.
• Partner with and challenge hiring managers throughout the process.
• Manage multiple technical and commercial searches at once.
• Improve recruitment tech stack, workflows, and candidate experience.
• Use AI and recruitment data to make hiring faster and better.
