Job summary

Corilus Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end product lifecycle across one or more squads at the intersection of clinical workflows, AI, and platform capabilities. You will mentor peers, shape discovery, and drive outcomes with engineers, designers, and commercial stakeholders.

In this IC role, you’ll define strategy, translate insights into roadmaps, and ensure adoption while embedding AI changes that improve clinicians’ time with patients.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of Product Management experience owning products end-to-end discovery, specification, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Shipped AI or ML-powered features in production — comfortable working with data scientists on evaluation methodology and production trade-offs.
• Track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software for professional end-users; healthcare or regulated contexts is a genuine advantage.
• Able to influence without authority across engineering, design and commercial stakeholders, and comfortable doing so in a company mid-transformation.
• A natural mentor: you give direct feedback, share what you learn, and consider it part of the job to make the PMs around you better.
• English is the working language; fluency in French or Dutch is helpful for customer interaction.
• Flexibility to travel to Corilus in Gembloux when needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Translate business goals and user insights into a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap.
• Drive continuous discovery with Healthcare Professionals and Partners; interviews, observations, usability tests.
• Lead delivery with engineering and design as a true team.
• Write crisp specs and facilitate sprint rituals; unblock the team.
• Embed AI to accelerate product development and adoption; measure impact in production.
• Review other PMs’ work and help raise the craft bar across the tribe.
