The European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an AI & Digital Transformation Associate Officer in the Sustainability, Advisory & Impact (SAI) - Procurement Office Division (PROC) at its Luxembourg headquarters. This full-time position (grade 4) spans digital transformation, AI-enabled tools and portfolio analytics to support procurement and project delivery.

Relocation support is offered for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Digital Transformation or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure project cycles or portfolio analysis with process improvement/digital transformation experience.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to organize information using MS 365, forms or simple workflows.
• Interest in applying AI-enabled tools to improve business processes and knowledge management.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills with ability to prepare concise notes and dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Strengthen portfolio intelligence by collecting and analysing project information.
• Support digital process improvement by converting Word templates into online templates and simple workflows.
• Identify and help implement AI-enabled solutions for document structuring and portfolio analysis.
• Coordinate with GIS and other services to align tools with Bank standards.
• Contribute to analytical tools and monitoring approaches for procurement considerations.
• Support knowledge management related to EIB Global operations and procurement initiatives.
• Analyse information to identify trends, risks and improvements; prepare summaries and dashboards.
• Review digital platforms and practices for best-practice opportunities.
