Proximus Global in Brussels is recruiting an AI Deployment Strategist (Connect) to bridge business needs with AI-enabled transformation. You will identify opportunities, structure use cases, and steer initiatives from concept to adoption.

You will collaborate with BU Connect, shape governance, drive change, and measure impact while ensuring responsible AI practices across projects in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, transformation, program management or product management.
• Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into structured and actionable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Confidence working with both business and technical audiences.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
