Proximus Global in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking an AI Transformation Specialist (Connect) in the Shared Technology & AI department. You will identify AI opportunities, analyze processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable use cases.

From workshops to deployment, you will drive prioritisation, structure initiatives with objectives, owners, data needs and outcomes, and lead deployment from concept to adoption.

• Develop a deep understanding of BU Connect's processes, challenges and objectives. Through workshops, interviews and process analysis, you will uncover opportunities where AI and automation can create measurable business impact.
• Turn ideas into actionable use cases
• Work with stakeholders to define, structure and qualify AI use cases. You'll transform business needs into clear initiatives with defined objectives, owners, success criteria, data requirements and expected outcomes.
• Drive prioritisation and decision-making
• Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk and expected impact. You'll facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders and help maintain a transparent pipeline of AI initiatives.
