Dataroots BVBA in Belgium is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist who can bridge business and engineering. You’ll turn client ambitions into working solutions on their data, systems and people, while staying mindful of constraints and governance.

You’ll decide what to build, prove it in practice, and ensure adoption by users. You’ll work with data and AI responsibly, guiding production deployments, monitoring, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years building and shipping software or data systems that users rely on.
• Experience taking LLM tools from demo to production.
• Proven ownership roles (founder, lead, or key engineer).
• Fluent English; Dutch/French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Map how work is actually done and identify bottlenecks.
• Design end-to-end workflows with agentic components.
• Build production-ready solutions integrating client data.
• Define handoff between agents and humans.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring for trust.
• Train users and maintain documentation.
