Keystone Solutions seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive an ad-hoc consultancy mission on-site at the client location in Belgium. You will lead agile transformations, tailor learning materials, and guide leadership through cultural change across marketing and communications functions.

You will collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, and chapter leads to embed agile principles, while promoting continuous improvement and effective ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a complex organization for at least 10 years.
• Excellent knowledge of agile operating models in large organizations.
• Experience implementing agile or scrum constructs in non-IT organizations, preferably in marketing and communication.
• Experience facilitating groups, supporting learning processes, and leveraging team dynamics.
• Experience coaching senior management.
• Experience setting up or adapting organizational Target Operating Models in line with agile concepts.
• Experience with agile transformation, change management, and cultural embedding.
• Certification in one or more methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, Safe, Less, DA, DevOps).
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch and/or French).

Responsabilités

• Guide squads, chapters, and individuals in implementing an agile operating model within the client’s broader agile framework, adapting to the specific needs of the Marketing and Communication department.
• Motivate employees to embrace the agile way of working, including values and behavioral characteristics.
• Coach senior management and agile leadership roles (scrum masters, product owners, chapter leads) in agile mindset, practical application, and efficient embedding of agile concepts.
• Participate in operational meetings, monitor methodology quality, propose tailored work processes, and make recommendations.
• Lead change management related to the new agile methodology, including organizing training, mentoring, and individual coaching as needed.
• Tailor training, documentation, and working documents to simplify learning and implementation of agile methodology in daily operations.
• Maintain optimal knowledge of methodologies used in relevant entities or target groups.
• Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, chapter leads, and fellow agile coaches to propose, discuss, and implement continuous improvements.
• Facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies (squad, tribe, guild, or theme-based ceremonies).

Mission Overview

Requirements

• Experience coaching senior management.

• Experience with agile transformation, change management, and cultural embedding.
• Experience as a trainer is preferable.
• Practical experience as a product owner and/or scrum master is preferable.
• Vast experience in coaching.
• Certification in one or more methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, Safe, Less, DA, DevOps) relevant to the field.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (ideally both Dutch and French).
• Soft skills: Team player, communicative, knowledge sharing, empathy, persuasion.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
