JustCase seeks a junior Project Manager to coordinate active workstreams within its central case management system for Belgium’s judicial domain. You will apply Agile delivery practices while understanding .NET, Microsoft Dynamics and pm2 to manage ICT dependencies with teams.

You will steer planning, resources and budgets across projects, ensuring governance, alignment and timely decision‑making with SteerCo and business partners.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT project management experience.
• Applies Agile, PRINCE2 and PMO practices to organize delivery, governance and reporting.
• Operates in complex multi‑stakeholder environments with business, ICT and external partners.
• Uses structured stakeholder management and clear communication to maintain alignment.
• Has sufficient technical understanding of .NET, Microsoft Dynamics and pm2 to follow delivery dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project plans, resources, budgets and dependencies to align with the JustCase roadmap.
• Align business teams, ICT teams and external partners around scope, priorities, decisions and deliverables.
• Control risks, issues and changes; keep impact on scope, quality, resources and deadlines visible.
• Track progress and prepare reporting for governance bodies.
• Protect delivery quality and timely outcomes by following up actions and unresolved decisions.
• Improve project management processes and reporting across the programme.
