Cegeka Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join a greenfield project in a Scrum setting. You will translate business requirements into user stories, act as the bridge between business and technical teams, and ensure quality through testing and UAT support.

You will collaborate with stakeholders in Dutch, English, and some French, using UML/BPMN, wireframing, and user story mapping to drive iterative development and AI-enabled efficiency improvements in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Functional Analyst in an Agile/Scrum setting.
• Experience with complex calculations in pensions, insurance, or financial products is a strong asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with comfortable French communication.
• Proficient in analysis techniques and tools (UML, BPMN, wireframes, user story mapping).

Responsabilités

• Capture and analyze business requirements; translate into clear user stories.
• Be the go-to person for analyses, user stories, requests and development activities.
• Monitor development, test and validate delivered functionality; support UAT with the customer.
• Collaborate in a Scrum environment with two-week sprints and Agile ceremonies.
