Job summary

Neurho is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Consultant to shape how AI agents support IT project governance and software delivery in Belgium. You will define an operating model, governance principles, and clear roles for AI agents within PRINCE2 Agile aligned processes.

You will work with business and technical stakeholders, support pilots, and design an AI-enabled delivery flow spanning requirements, architecture, development, reviews, testing and releases.

Qualifications

• Expertise in AI agents, with at least ten years of experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, with at least ten years of experience.
• Expertise in PRINCE2, with at least ten years of experience.
• English at C1 level.
• Dutch or French at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Define the target operating model, governance principles, roles and responsibilities for AI agents.
• Determine activities agents can support and where human decisions, access controls, auditability and escalation are needed.
• Integrate the model into project and portfolio governance, planning, risk, quality and change management.
• Design an AI-enabled delivery flow covering requirements, architecture, development, reviews, testing, documentation and releases.
• Define traceability and integration requirements for the toolchain, including Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

Your role

• Define the target operating model, governance principles, roles and responsibilities for AI agents.

• Integrate the model into project and portfolio governance, planning, risk, quality and change management.
• Design an AI-enabled delivery flow covering requirements, architecture, development, reviews, testing, documentation and releases.
