Qualifications

Job description

One of my clients in the retail sector are looking for 3 Agentic AI Engineers to join them in a Business Process Optimisation project.

Contract - Freelance 12 months (extendable)

Locations - Asse

On site policy - Hybrid (2 days a week on site)

The goal for this project is to optimise the internal business processes of the enterprise - working closely as a technical staff with key stakeholder to improve the work efficiency of a number of team throughout the organisation. (Finance, Customer Service, Legal, Contracts, Supply Chain).

Requirements

4+ years experience in AI/ML, software engineering, multi-agent systems, or automation.
Hands-on experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Agents SDK, or similar.
Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Experience in Retail/Product/Customer focused roles will be beneficial but not mandatory
English essential - French or Dutch beneficial
