Job summary

OXIDA in Belgium (Gent/Deinze) seeks a proactive Spare Parts Specialist to oversee the full spare parts process—from customer inquiry and technical validation to documentation, delivery and after-sales support.

You will analyze machine configurations to determine the right replacement parts, upgrades and technical solutions, and build durable customer relationships through regular contact and occasional international visits (about 30% travel).

Job description

• Beheer van het volledige spare parts-proces: van klantaanvraag over technische validatie en documentatie tot levering en opvolging van klantenservice.
• Analyse van machineconfiguraties om juiste wisselstukken, vervangonderdelen, upgrades en technische oplossingen te bepalen.
• Proactief detecteren van commerciële kansen door verbeteringen, upgrades, preventieve interventies en levensduurverlengende oplossingen voor te stellen.
• Opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties via regelmatig contact en internationale klantenbezoeken (ongeveer 30% reizen) in nauwe samenwerking met Engineering, Service, Productie en Logistiek.
• Actief meewerken aan continue verbetering van spare parts-processen, workflows en serviceactiviteiten ter ondersteuning van de groei van de organisatie.
