OPTIMUS IT SERVICES in Brussels is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to design and optimize complex customer journeys and automated campaigns using Adobe Campaign or similar platforms. You will leverage SQL to build targeting workflows, collaborate with Marketing & Communications, and translate business strategies into personalized customer experiences.

This role offers a hybrid work model with 50% onsite and 50% remote in Belgium.

Formación

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years with Adobe Campaign or similar MA platforms.
• Mandatory knowledge of SQL and understanding of existing campaign code.
• Experience creating complex customer journeys and marketing automation workflows.
• Understanding of marketing strategies including customer journeys, Next Best Offer, and contact strategies.
• Good spoken English and good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Strong analytical, creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proactive communicator with good organizational and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Willing to work 50% onsite and 50% from home in Belgium.

Responsabilidades

• Develop complex customer journeys and marketing automation workflows using Adobe Campaign or similar platforms.
• Use existing SQL code and campaign logic to build and optimize targeting workflows.
• Improve workflow efficiency and enable more personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications teams to translate commercial strategies into audience targeting and automated journeys.
• Apply marketing strategies such as customer journeys, Next Best Offer and contact strategies.
• Analyse complex data structures and quickly develop a strong understanding of campaign data.
• Manage workload and planning in collaboration with the team manager.
• Share expertise and best practices with colleagues and support knowledge transfer.
