Job summary

Plouvier Group is seeking an experienced ADN Safety Advisor to join our inland tanker fleet across Europe, focusing on ADN compliance and QHES standards.

You will support vessel crews, translate regulatory developments into clear procedures, and contribute to audits, risk assessments and safety improvements across the fleet.

Strong knowledge of ADN regulations and dangerous goods handling is essential, with proven field experience on ships and in port operations.

Qualifications

• QHES professional background or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring ADN compliance across the fleet.
• Acting as ADN Safety Advisor and providing practical guidance to vessel crews.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and translating them into clear procedures.
• Conducting and reviewing risk assessments, work permits and safety procedures.
• Supporting incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate and traceable QHES and ADN documentation.
• Working with Captains, crew and Superintendents through focus groups to identify risks and improve procedures.
• Supporting SIRE/VIQ, BIQ, TMSA, OCIMF and ADN audits and inspections.
