KBC Bank & Verzekering is seeking a Program Manager in the ACE team to help accelerate efficiencies and raise the STP rate across core processes.

You will review operations, propose end-to-end improvements, and work with multiple departments in an international setting.

The role offers flexible hours, training opportunities, and up to 50% remote work, with at least one day per week at the Brussels headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.
• Experience in project management, planning, stakeholder management, and process-oriented thinking.

Responsabilités

• Develop broad understanding of KBC’s business model and key processes.
• Combine process improvement techniques with desk research, benchmarking, and technology trend knowledge to design optimal solutions.
• Challenge the status quo, prepare analyses, and persuade management of potential.
