Job summary

Frazier Industrial Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely and accurate payment processing and billing activities. The role involves invoicing, cash receipt processing, and applying payments while maintaining strong client relations.

You will respond to billing inquiries, monitor accounts, and generate AR aging reports. Experience with an ERP system (Epicor preferred) and solid Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, finance, or manufacturing required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices per contracts and PO terms.
• Process daily cash receipts and apply payments accurately.
• Respond to inquiries regarding billing and account discrepancies.
• Make outbound collection calls or emails professionally.
• Escalate unresolved payment issues to management.
