AAA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Consultant who turns chaos into clarity by monitoring payments and safeguarding cash flow. You will work on a project basis for our clients, bringing balance between numbers, people and processes.

You will follow up on outstanding payments with diplomacy, analyze portfolio data, and collaborate with account managers to determine the best approach for each client. A bilingual NL/FR profile helps you communicate across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Two-language requirement NL/FR; essential for communicating with clients in Belgium.
• Higher education degree in financial field preferred.
• Experience as a Credit Collector or Call Agent is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with empathy and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on outstanding payments with a friendly, results-driven approach.
• Dive into data to spot trends and report portfolio status.
• Work closely with account managers to determine the best approach for each client.
• Manage client data and ensure the entire accounts receivable process runs smoothly.
