Napoleon Games, a Belgian entertainment brand, seeks Head of Accounting Processing to lead a four-person team across invoice-to-pay, month-end close, and multi-entity reporting for the Belgium group. You’ll report to the Financial Controller Belgium and contribute to group-wide projects including audits and restructurings in a fast‑growing, multi‑entity environment.

We expect 8+ years in accounting, strong BE-GAAP expertise, and hands‑on leadership with ERP (MS Dynamics BC) and approval tools;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including leading an accounting/shared-services team.
• Strong BE-GAAP and Belgian statutory/tax obligations knowledge, with intercompany flows and audit files.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of four accountants across invoice-to-pay, month-end close, and multi-entity reporting.
• Own month-end/year-end close for Belgian entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage purchase invoice workflows (Continua) and card management; control payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory audits and tax compliance.
• Drive process improvement and AI-enabled finance initiatives.
