Manuchar is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting activities for our Belgian entities from our Antwerp HQ. You will combine strong accounting expertise with people leadership to drive process improvements and contribute to a global finance organization.

You will manage month-/quarter-/year-end close, statutory reporting, VAT/tax compliance, external audits and coaching of your team, while collaborating with stakeholders across our international group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian GAAP, IFRS, VAT and corporate income tax.
• Process improvement and change management experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Managing statutory reporting, VAT and tax compliance.
• Coordinating external audits.
• Leading, coaching and developing the accounting team.
• Driving standardization and optimization of accounting processes.
• Supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Finance.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the international group.
