Gaming1 is seeking an AP Accountant in Liège to join our accounting team. You will record purchase invoices for Belgian and Spanish entities, manage OCR and vendor creation, and ensure accurate booking with a focus on continuous P2P improvement.

Requirements include accounting degree or equivalent experience, 2 years in the field, and ERP proficiency (D365, Exflow a plus). A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and English basics are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or proven experience in a similar role.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or AP.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365; Exflow module a plus).

Responsabilités

• Record purchase invoices (PO and non-PO) for Belgian and Spanish entities.
• Follow up on issues linked to booking invoices (e.g., vendor creation).
• Manage OCR training to recognize invoice fields automatically.
• Handle the purchase mailbox and related actions.
• Ensure procedures are properly applied (internal/external comms).
• Contribute to optimizing the P2P process.
• Participate in ERP optimization.
