Job summary

DrumDrum in Belgium seeks a proactive sales professional to drive national and international prospecting (BENELUX / DACH), developing and managing a growing customer portfolio in industrial packaging B2B.

You identify customer needs, craft sustainable total solutions, and act as an ambassador for the circular economy, contributing to the growth of DrumDrum in a dynamic, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Multilingual in German, English, French and Dutch.
• Sales-driven with hunter mindset.
• Excellent listening and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• National and international prospecting (BENELUX / DACH), developing and managing your customer portfolio.
• For collection, pre-treatment, reconditioning and recycling of industrial packaging (B2B).
• Identifying customer needs and developing the most sustainable total solution for the customer and DRUMDRUM.
• Be an ambassador for the circular economy and contribute to the growth and success of DRUMDRUM.
