Job summary

Allambi Care is seeking a Support Worker for youth in Intensive Therapeutic Care and disability support in Northern NSW. The role involves direct care across homes, schools, and community settings, delivering structured routines and transport for school and activities.

Essential checks and licenses are required, with paid induction and a 6-month probationary training program to develop skills while you work. Casual and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check (paid employment)
• Current NDIS Worker Check
• Current First Aid Certificate (Provide First Aid HLTAID011)
• National Police Check
• Current driver’s licence and vehicle to transport 4+ people
• Comprehensive Car Insurance
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module access

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and provide 24/7 care across various settings
• Administer medication as required and transport clients to activities
• Assist in program implementation for client development
• Complete report writing
