Allambi Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Youth (Intensive Therapeutic Care) and Disability Support in Northern NSW. The role offers part-time or casual hours and involves direct, compassionate care across residential, school, and community settings.

You will work under supervision with opportunities to learn, upskill and undertake a CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services with our partnered RTO. Ongoing mentorship and pre-employment checks are provided.

Formación

• Working with Children Check current (paid employment).
• NDIS Worker Check current.
• Provide First Aid certificate (HLTAID011).
• National Police Check required.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.
• A vehicle capable of transporting 4+ people is required.
• Comprehensive car insurance.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed (or accessible).

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with clients and their support networks.
• Provide 24/7 around-the-clock care within structured routines.
• Administer medications as required.
• Transport clients to school, appointments, and activities.
• Assist in implementing development programs for clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records.
