Job summary

Anglicare Central Queensland is seeking a compassionate Youth Support Worker for a fixed-term position in Biloela. You will work directly with young people to improve their safety, wellbeing and future opportunities, with case management and tailored supports focused on at-risk youth.

The role involves collaborating with families, schools and community services, delivering early intervention and therapeutic support, and maintaining high-quality records to drive program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or higher in Behavioural Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience supporting youth aged 12–21 at risk of disconnecting.
• Ability to work with families, schools and community services.

What will a typical day look like?

MandatoryRequirements:
