Anglicare Central Queensland Limited is seeking a Support Facilitator to join the Barcaldine/Longreach team. The role provides assertive outreach and psychosocial support to highly vulnerable participants who have experienced suicide attempts or crises, in a full-time fixed-term position.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, families, and carers; delivering trauma-informed, recovery-oriented support; and facilitating referrals to community services as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV or higher qualification in Mental Health, Behavioural Science, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum two years' experience supporting people experiencing mental health challenges or suicidal distress.

About therole:

We arecurrently seeking Support Facilitator to join our team inBarcaldine/Longreach. Our Support Facilitator provides assertiveoutreach, responsive and timely psychosocial support to highlyvulnerable participants, who have experienced suicide attempts orsuicidal crisis.

What will atypical day look like?

MandatoryRequirements:

• Certificate IV orhigher qualification in Mental Health, Behavioural Science,Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or relateddiscipline.
• Mintwo years experience supporting people experiencing mentalhealth challenges, psychosocial needs or suicidaldistress.
