Job summary

Centacare Armidale seeks a Team Leader – Youth Programs to oversee Youth on Track, Keep on Track and Youth Drug & Alcohol Support, delivering client-centred services to young people.

Reporting to the Programs Manager, you will supervise staff, support staff development, manage a caseload, and ensure programs meet funding, legislative and organisational requirements while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Social Work or a related field.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with families, stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop staff to deliver high-quality, client-centred youth services.
• Monitor program delivery and outcomes to meet client needs and KPIs.
• Maintain a client caseload as agreed with the Program Manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and community organisations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, funding requirements and organisational policies.
• Identify and manage risks and support continuous program improvement.
• Promote a positive and professional team culture and ethical standards.
