Job summary
Centacare New England North West is seeking a Team Leader – Youth Programs to lead Youth on Track, Keep on Track, and Youth Drug & Alcohol Support services in the New England and North West region. You will provide leadership, supervision, and support to a dedicated team delivering client-centred services to young people.
You will manage staff development, stakeholder relationships, and ensure programs meet contractual and legislative requirements, while maintaining a client caseload as
Qualifications
- Leadership and staff supervision experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with families, youth, and community partners.
- Knowledge of community services frameworks, legislation and best practices.
- Ability to travel across the New England and North West region.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop staff to deliver high-quality, client-centred youth services.
- Monitor program delivery to meet client needs, contractual requirements, KPIs, and organisational objectives.
- Maintain a client caseload as agreed with the Program Manager.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with government agencies and community organisations.
- Ensure governance, compliance with legislation, funding requirements, and data reporting.
