Job summary

Centacare in NSW seeks a Team Leader - Youth Programs to lead and coordinate the delivery of Youth on Track (YOT), Keep on Track (KoT) and Youth Drug & Alcohol Support (YDAS). Reporting to the Families, Wellbeing and Justice Program Manager, you will guide staff, ensure quality service delivery and maintain client engagement.

You will also manage relationships with partners, ensure contractual compliance, and oversee program governance while maintaining a client caseload as agreed.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with youth, families and partners.
• Knowledge of community services frameworks, legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop staff to deliver high-quality youth services.
• Monitor program delivery to meet contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Maintain a client caseload and support engagement of young people.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with government agencies and community organisations.
• Ensure compliance with governance, funding requirements, data collection and reporting.
• Identify risks and support continuous improvement and program evaluation.
• Foster a positive, professional team culture and contribute to organisational initiatives.
