Job summary

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Manager – Youth and Counselling Programs to lead a diverse portfolio of youth and counselling services across Western NSW from the Dubbo office. This full-time role focuses on strategic leadership, contract delivery and stakeholder engagement to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

You will oversee program performance, budgets and risk, and work within the regional leadership team to strengthen partnerships and ensure culturally affirmative

Qualifications

Bachelor qualification or equivalent sector experience.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams across diverse programs.
Strong program management experience with funded programs, targets, KPIs, budgets, compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Youth and Counselling Programs.
Ensure delivery meets contractual targets, KPIs and budget parameters.
Develop partnerships with government, community and Aboriginal organisations.
Represent Uniting in the Western NSW region and lead workforce development and service delivery.
