Job summary

Junction is seeking an Operations Manager, Youth Pathways to provide strategic and operational leadership across SILS and SPC programs in metropolitan Adelaide. You will lead a team of Youth Pathways Coordinators and Coaches to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed support and safe housing pathways for young people transitioning from care or at risk of homelessness.

Based at Tonsley and Salisbury with travel between sites, you will collaborate with DCP, Housing & Place and Aboriginal Advisors,

Qualifications

Experience leading teams delivering youth housing and support services.
Strong stakeholder engagement with government and community partners.
Experience leading workforce development, supervision and coaching.
Operational, financial and budget management experience.
Understanding of trauma‑informed practice and youth development.
Knowledge of child protection and homelessness services sectors.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation, expansion and continuous improvement of the Youth Pathways program to deliver high-quality outcomes and compliance.
Lead referral, readiness assessment and placement matching with DCP, Housing & Place and Aboriginal Cultural Advisors.
Develop staff through supervision, coaching and professional development.
Strengthen partnerships with government, community and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
Champion quality, safeguarding and continuous improvement, including risk management.
