Job summary

Uniting Vic.Tas Careers seeks a Team Leader to guide a skilled team supporting young people aged 12-17 facing barriers to education. You will lead using trauma-informed, culturally safe approaches to help staff work with families, schools and partners for meaningful outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Department of Education, VACCA and other stakeholders to drive service excellence, innovate, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for youth wellbeing and education pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in social work, psychology, social science or related discipline.
• Experience in developing and leading complex programs/services in the delivery of high-quality, consumer- and/or community-centric services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team supporting young people aged 12-17.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to staff.
• Collaborate with Department of Education, VACCA and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
