Job summary

Uniting is seeking a Service Manager to lead headspace Penrith Primary Care, guiding daily operations and clinical leadership for young people’s mental health services. You will drive quality, performance and recovery-oriented care while coordinating staff and budgets.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver accessible, evidence-based programs and ensure funding requirements are met. A current Australian Driver Licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in mental health leadership and frontline service delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery across headspace Penrith Primary Care.
• Provide clinical leadership and support for complex matters.
• Manage intake, referrals, rostering, workforce planning and case allocation.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
• Drive quality improvement, accreditation, audits and service evaluation.
• Monitor outcomes, budgets and reporting for funding compliance.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to strengthen service outcomes.
