Allambi Care is seeking Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander support workers to help empower youth across NSW and Victoria. You will provide direct care in homes, schools and community settings, building meaningful relationships while supporting individual development plans.

The role offers a structured induction, probation training, and ongoing mentoring as you progress toward further qualifications. A values‑driven, supportive workplace awaits with a strong community focus.

Formación

• Working with Children Check (essential, paid employment)
• NDIS Worker Check (essential)
• Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
• National Police Check (essential)
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Vehicle capable of transporting 4+ people (essential)
• Comprehensive Car Insurance (essential)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (essential)
• Willingness to roster 7 days; pre-employment medical checks; two professional references

Responsabilidades

• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide around-the-clock care following a structured routine.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor health needs.
• Transport clients to school, programs, and appointments.
• Assist in implementing development programs for clients.
• Complete accurate report writing and documentation.

Educación

Diploma of Community Services

Bachelor of Human Services

Diploma level (or higher) qualification in a relevant field
