Berry Street in Noble Park is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join the South Eastern Case Management Services. You will deliver intensive case management, advocacy and outreach to support vulnerable children and young people aged 12–18.

Working with families, carers and Child Protection, you will help young people achieve safety, stability and positive life outcomes, drawing on your experience in community services and your commitment to client-centred support.

Formación

• A Bachelor level qualification in Community Services, Education, Social Work or similar field is required for this role.
• Relevant experience working in case management.
• High energy and commitment to your clients, whilst balancing working within the parameters of the role.
• Experience undertaking contracted case management within DFFH, Child Protection or another similar agency will be looked on favourably.
