Job summary

Berry Street in Noble Park is recruiting a Case Manager to support vulnerable children and young people aged 12–18 through intensive case management, advocacy and outreach.

You will collaborate with families, carers and Child Protection to help clients achieve safety, stability and positive life outcomes. A Bachelor-level qualification and relevant experience are required, with opportunities for professional development and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in Community Services, Education, Social Work or similar field is required.
• Relevant experience working in case management.
• High energy and commitment to your clients, whilst balancing working within the parameters of the role.
• Experience undertaking contracted case management within DFFH, Child Protection or another similar agency will be looked on favourably.

Responsibilities

• As a Case Manager, you'll provide intensive case management, advocacy and outreach support to help young people achieve safety, stability and positive life outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with families, carers, Child Protection and wider community services you'll empower young people to strengthen their resilience, develop positive connections and achieve their goals.
