Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, driving guest satisfaction and team performance across service and production areas.

You will lead a team to put guests at the centre, monitor promotions, develop staff, manage stock and merchandising, and uphold a safe working environment with a strong guest obsessed mindset.

You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:

You will also be responsible for:

• Executing and monitoring promotional activities.
• Employee development and leadership.
