Coates in Campbellfield is seeking a Yardperson to keep the yard clean, organized and ready for hire. You will help load/unload equipment, operate forklifts, and support basic maintenance while ensuring safety and accuracy in stock movements.

The role requires a safety-focused mindset, a current driver’s licence, and a forklift licence (or willingness to obtain). Teamwork and customer-service skills are important in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised yard environment.

About The Role

As a Yardperson, you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment is clean, organised, ready for hire and safely stored within the Campbellfield branch. You'll assist with loading and unloading equipment, maintaining a tidy yard, and supporting basic maintenance activities to keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised yard environment

• Load and unload equipment safely from customer and transport vehicles
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as required
• Conduct equipment checks and assist with basic maintenance tasks
• Support stock control and equipment movements within the branch

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Contribute to Coates' Safety First culture and commitment to Zero Harm

About You
