Job summary

Chilli bins Leading Waste Management in Caboolture is seeking a hard working Yardman/Picker/Sorter to join our recycling facility. The role involves indoor/outdoor picking in construction and demolition waste resource recovery.

You will assist with routine maintenance, wear safety gear, and on-site training is provided. This entry-level role offers opportunities for progression into leadership, truck driving, loader, or excavator roles for those who show initiative.

Qualifications

• This is a recycling entry level position that requires you to be physically fit and have a positive can do attitude with strong work ethics.
• Must wear safety equipment during the shift including hardhat, safety glasses, masks, hearing protection, gloves and hi‑vis clothing.
• Future career development opportunities exist including leadership roles, Truck Driving, Loader or Excavator roles for those showing initiative.
• Must have own transport, be reliable, trustworthy and able to pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Right to work in Australia is required.

Chilli bins Leading Waste Management is seeking a hard working and honest Yardman/Picker/Sorter to join our team at our Chilli Recycle Facility located in Caboolture.

The role involves working in an indoor/outdoor environment completing general picking in construction and demolition waste resource recovery facility.

When not Picking you will assist the team with routine plant and yard maintenance tasks such as greasing and general cleaning duties as well as driving the site sweeper (on site training will be provided.

This is a recycling entry level position the requires you to be physically fit and have a positive can do attitude with strong work ethics. The ideal candidate must be prepared to wear appropriate safety equipment during the shift, including hardhat, safety glasses, masks, hearing protection, gloves ,long sleeved high visibility clothing.

Future career development opportunities exist including leadership roles, Truck Driving, Loader or Excavator roles are available to those that display initiative and the right attitudE.

Must have own transport be reliable trustworthy and able to pass drug and alcohol testing.
