Job summary

Mann Group NSW is seeking a Warehouse & Yard Manager to ensure the warehouse and yard are well organised, adequately stocked and operating efficiently.

The role focuses on leading day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate stock systems while coordinating deliveries and supplier relationships to support safe, orderly, and productive warehouses and yards.

• Proven experience in warehouse or yard management.
• Strong inventory and stock control experience.
• Experience managing and coordinating a team.
• Experience ordering from suppliers and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• The ability to keep track of multiple items of plant, tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and yard.

• Ensuring tools and equipment are returned, stored correctly and accounted for.

• Monitoring stock levels and anticipating upcoming requirements.
• Receiving, checking and organising deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse and yard.
